Our Story
Templeman Consulting was founded to provide holistic support to charities and other organisations that dream about conducting development in a different way. After over a decade of working in frontline communities, supporting civil society organisations and their networks it is clear that our approach is not working. We need to move beyond numbers and paper trails, recognising that some of the most impactful work can be the most difficult to measure. Templeman Consulting is working with charities and organisations that want to see their impact differently, build sustainable solutions and localise their work.
Jessica Templeman is a human rights practitioner with over a decade of programmatic, strategic and leadership experience in complex and conflict-affected settings. Passionate about developing local, sustainable solutions to human rights issues, she excels at building bridges between local stakeholders and giving them the technical skills and capacity to foster community resilience.
She has a keen strategic mind with experience of building and managing international teams, projects and programmes and developing effective organisational structures.
